If you didn’t already know, Iliza Shlesinger is an American stand-up comedian, actress and television host. Her breakthrough came when she won the 2008 edition of NBC's Last Comic Standing. The star later went on to host the syndicated dating show Excused from 2011 to 2013. She has also hosted the TBS game show Separation Anxiety. Fast forward to 2017 and Iliza Shlesinger hosted her very own late-night talk show, titled Truth & Iliza on Freeform. And as of 2022, she has released six comedy specials on Netflix. Her sketch comedy show The Iliza Shlesinger Sketch Show premiered on Netflix in April 2020.

The Hall opened its doors in 1929, and was designed to house the annual DAR convention. In 1985, DAR Constitution Hall was rightfully designated a National Historic Landmark Building.
