A comedy industry veteran, he became one of the most important figures in the Latino entertainment scene. With his legendary self-titled TV show George Lopez, which aired for 6 seasons on the ABC network, he gained critical acclaim in Hispanic-oriented sitcoms for American TV, alongside his his natural comedic talent.
Following his TV success, George went on to release numerous stand-up specials, including the beloved "We’ll Do It For Half" released on Netflix in 2020—wherein he tackles some of the toughest conversations with his signature honesty and humor. More recently, Lopez was the star of "Lopez vs Lopez" which aired on Netflix in 2022 and was a huge hit, with great reviews, as the show was a real look into the wacky Lopez family and their crazy family dynamics.
